Multi-campus senior living community in Northville and Novi, Michigan. Metal City Fab fabricated and installed hundreds of ACR4500 aluminum balcony railings, custom aluminum picket dog park fencing, and site screening. The consistency of the ACR4500 system across multiple buildings and phases ensured a uniform appearance across the entire development.

High-end residential development in Detroit's Brush Park neighborhood. Metal City Fab fabricated custom steel floating staircase handrails and interior glass railings. The project required precision fabrication to meet tight tolerances on curved stair runs and architecturally exposed steel connections that would remain visible in the finished space.
Fencing / Structures
Multiple campuses across Southeast Michigan including the main Detroit campus and West Bloomfield facility. Fabrication scope included custom steel looped picket fencing for the Detroit campus courtyard and a custom aluminum and steel archway with trellis at the West Bloomfield location. Institutional healthcare projects require coordination with active facility operations and strict safety standards.
