What this site collects
This website collects information in four ways, and only four ways:
- Information you send us. When you submit the bid request or contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, phone, email, and project information. We use it to respond, prepare estimates, and do business with you. Forms are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, which stores submissions on our behalf. Netlify screens every submission for spam using Akismet, a spam-filtering service operated by Automattic, which receives the submission for that purpose.
- Server logs. Netlify, our hosting provider, keeps standard server access logs for every request to this site (including IP address, browser type and the page requested) to operate and secure the service.
- Analytics, only with your OK. If, and only if, you accept analytics in the cookie notice, this site may load Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Decline and no analytics load and no analytics cookies are set. Change your choice anytime with the Cookie Preferences link in the footer; declining removes existing analytics cookies.
- Google Maps, only if you ask for it. The Contact page does not load a map on its own. If you click Load map, an embedded Google map loads from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details to display it and may set cookies under Google's privacy policy. This happens because you clicked, whatever your cookie choice. If you would rather not load the embedded map, the Get directions link opens Google Maps in a new tab instead, where Google's own terms apply.
What this site does not do
- No advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or social media trackers.
- No sale of personal information, and no sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- No analytics before you make a consent choice, and no third-party content loads unless you click Load map on the Contact page.
- We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser sends GPC, this site treats it as a decline on every page, regardless of any earlier choice: no analytics load and any existing analytics cookies are removed.
Cookie notice
This is the complete list of cookies and browser storage this website itself can set. There are no others. The optional Google map on the Contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies if you choose to load it (see above).

Declining analytics prevents the analytics cookies from being set and removes any that exist. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, the site records a decline automatically, on every page, and removes any existing analytics cookies. The consent record stores only your choice and the time it was made, and no personal information.

Security & changes
This site is served over HTTPS and runs no third-party scripts except Google Analytics after you accept it, and the Google map if you choose to load it. If our data practices change, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
